北京市目前已实施屋顶绿化120多万平方米,占全市可实施绿化屋顶1﹪～2﹪。这120万平方米中,享受北京市财政专项补助建设的屋顶绿化试点工程278处,总计79.4万平方米。其中以草坪为主的简式屋顶绿化219处,61.4万平方米;花园式和简花园式绿化59处,18万平方米。所以,目前北京屋顶绿化仍处在试点摸索推进阶段。屋顶绿化环境效应显著北京已有几处比较典型的屋顶绿化:
Beijing has now implemented more than 1.2 million square meters of green roofs, accounting for 1% -2% of the greening roofs in the city. Of these 1.2 million square meters, 278 roof greening pilot projects that enjoy the special financial assistance of Beijing Municipality will be entitled to a total of 794,000 square meters. Among them, there are 219 green roofs of simple lawns, with 614,000 square meters of green roofs, 59 garden-like and simple green gardens with 180,000 square meters.
