文科高职院校因同时受到办学层次和服务面向等诸多限制,科研发展面临的困境较为突出。文科高职院校科研工作,应秉持“立地”思想,紧密结合地方经济社会需求与自身实际,找准科研工作定位与方向;同时要努力完善体制机制,为科研发展提动力、增活力,挖潜力;在此基础上,还应注重发挥比较优势,找准适合学校科研发展的着力点,形成独具特色的优势研究领域和方向。
