临安透明售房网数据显示,7月份临安商品房销售前10强总实现销售161套,相比6月份的187套有小幅回落,环比下降了近14%。从7月份的上下两期成交数据来看,上半月临安市场前10强共实现销售96套,而下半月的64套明显显示临安房产市场后劲乏力,销售趋缓。尤其是成交排行榜冠军环宇公寓楼盘,前后半个月的成交落差表现得非常明显。该楼盘于7月1日—15日的15天时间里实现了38套的销售,而在7月16日—31日的16天时间里才实现了11套的销售成绩,70%多的下降幅度也在告诉人们楼市淡季已经来临,临安房产市场的销售开始整体趋于缓慢。从近几期的销售数据来看,临安商品房销售市场从今年3月份开始回暖之后,除4月份成交量有小幅回落之外,销售成绩一直停留在160套—190套之间,几个月来销售量一直没有明显的突破。这些平凡的数据还告诉人们临安房产市场的需求整体趋于平淡,以至销售一直波澜不惊。
