为了探讨乙醇对动物卵巢功能的影响,本实验采用放射免疫测定法及阴道脱落细胞涂片法,对灌服乙醇前后雌性大鼠血清中的雌二醇(E2)与孕酮(P)水平及动情周期进行了观察。结果显示,实验后大鼠的E2明显低于其实验前水平(P<0.001),P也有不同程度的变化。在实验过程中,除一只大鼠的动情周期停滞于间情期不再发生变化外,另有3只大鼠的动情周期显著延长为7天。提示较大剂量的乙醇可导致正常大鼠的卵巢功能紊乱。
In order to explore the effect of ethanol on the ovarian function in animals, we used radioimmunoassay and vaginal smear method to detect the levels of estradiol (E2) and progesterone (P) in serum of female rats before and after ethanol administration Estrus cycle was observed. The results showed that after the experiment, the E2 in the rats was significantly lower than that before the experiment (P <0.001), P also varied to some extent. During the experiment, except for one rat, the estrous cycle did not change during the inter-estrus cycle, while the other three rats estrus cycle was significantly prolonged to 7 days.
