出现维生素B_(12)已60余年,但许多医生和研究者对它的生化、生理和神经系统的效果并不完全知晓。现提出钴胺代谢及其肾脏的调节,对蛋白功能的作用。目前尚无诊断钴胺缺乏的金标准。此外,像胰岛素一样存在钴胺抵抗。这种钴胺抵抗在糖尿病、肾功能不全和老年人中导致钴胺功能的缺乏。所以,在许多疾病中需大剂量应用钴胺治疗对神经功能恢复才有效。
Vitamin B 12 has been available for more than 60 years, but many physicians and researchers are not fully aware of its biochemical, physiological, and neurological effects. It is proposed that cobalt amine metabolism and its regulation of the kidneys, the role of protein function. There is currently no gold standard for diagnosis of cobalt-amine deficiency. In addition, there is cobalamin resistance like insulin. This cobalt amine resistance causes a lack of cobalamin function in diabetes, renal insufficiency and the elderly.
