1病例介绍患者男,15岁。因尿频、尿急、尿痛、血尿、排尿困难,于2014年2月9日来我院急诊就诊。体格检查:下腹压痛,其余无异常。询问病史:患者自述1 d前醉酒后曾将1根条状塑料管插入尿道内。实验室检查:小便常规红细胞(++++),白细胞(-),尿蛋白(-)。超声仪器采用Philips IU22,频率3~5 MHz、5~12 MHz,患者充盈膀胱,行膀胱及尿道横断及纵断扫查。超声表现:膀胱充盈,壁光滑
1 case description Patient male, 15 years old. Due to frequent urination, urgency, dysuria, hematuria, dysuria, came to our hospital for emergency treatment on February 9, 2014.
