在社会主义这一历史阶段,改革开放越向前推进,越要加强和改进思想政治工作,这是一个绝大多数同志都已取得共识的问题。但是,如何在这一新形势下切实加强和改进思想政治工作,使改革开放沿着科学社会主义的正确轨道前进,使我们的人民经受住改革开放与反和平演变的考验,则是一个亟需探讨解决的问题。笔者长期在基层劳改单位从事思想政洽工作,根据多年的工作实践,认为:要做好新形势下劳改单位干警职工的思想政治工作,必须唱好进攻性的正面教育、强化制度管理、为群众多办实事的“三部曲”。
