采用等离子弧填对镍合金N6进行填充焊丝与不填焊丝的焊接工艺试验。采用金相组织观察、XRD分析、硬度、腐蚀失重试验和电阻率测试等手段,研究了焊接工艺对N6焊缝的组织结构、硬度、耐蚀性及导电性的影响。结果表明,焊接工艺对焊缝的耐蚀性与导电性有重要的影响,填丝焊缝与不填丝焊缝的耐蚀性,较母材有所降低;与填丝焊缝相比,不填丝焊缝的失重腐蚀速度、电阻率均较大;母材与焊缝金属之间的耐蚀性的差异主要取决于焊缝微观组织结构、硬度及夹杂物等因素,电阻率的大小主要与晶粒尺寸、夹杂物等因素有关。
Welding Procedure Test of Nickel Alloy N6 Filler Wire and No Filler Wire by Plasma Arc Cladding. The effects of welding process on microstructure, hardness, corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity of N6 weld were studied by means of metallographic observation, XRD analysis, hardness test, corrosion loss test and electrical resistivity test. The results show that the welding process has an important influence on the corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity of the weld. The corrosion resistance of the fillet weld and the unfilled weld is lower than that of the parent metal. Compared with the fillet weld, The weightlessness corrosion rate and resistivity of non-wire-filled weld seam are large. The difference of corrosion resistance between base metal and weld metal mainly depends on the microstructure, hardness and inclusions of weld seam.
