六、关于企业横向经济联合问题(一)横向经济联合的含义横向经济联合,是指企业之间的联合,是发展经济关系、实现经济联系的基本形式,是发展经济关系、实现经济联系的基本形式,是在横向经济联系和经济技术协作的基础上发展起来的。它是一种相对稳定的构成一定组织形式的活动,是企业根据生产和流通的需要,按照“扬长避短、形式多样、互利互惠、共同发展”的原则,自愿自主的一种经济行为。经济联合体应具备的条件;(1)由两个以上经济单位联合组成;(2)从事一定的生产经营活动;(3)有一个管理机构;(4)有一个完备的章程或协议;(5)经过一定的批准手续,并依法登记注册。
