长期以来,我国的英语教育存在教学和研究分离,英语教师普遍认为教学研究是专家的事情,实践中只需套用已有的理论。这种思想忽视了英语教师自身的再学习和长期发展,造成理论与实践脱节,教学效果不佳,教师能力发展停滞不前。本文主要研究提高高职英语教师教学能力的有效途径,以期为以后的英语教学实践提供参考。
For a long time, teaching and research exist in English education in our country. English teachers generally think that teaching and research is an expert. In practice, only the existing theory needs to be applied. This kind of thinking ignores the re-learning and long-term development of English teachers themselves, resulting in a disconnect between theory and practice, poor teaching results and stagnant teachers’ ability development. This paper mainly studies the effective ways to improve the teaching ability of English teachers in higher vocational colleges, with a view to providing references for future English teaching practice.
