γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)是动物体内一种重要的抑制性神经递质。作者用免疫细胞化学和高压液相色谱方法,首次证明了在寄生性扁虫扩展莫尼茨绦虫(Moniezia expansa)和肝片吸虫中存在GABA。
γ-Aminobutyric acid (GABA) is an important inhibitory neurotransmitter in animals. The authors demonstrated for the first time the presence of GABA in parasitic flatworms extending Moniezia expansa and Fasciola hepatica using immunocytochemistry and high pressure liquid chromatography.
