去年,新一届民政部领导班子成立后,李立国部长在全国民政工作年中分析会上重点阐述了坚持改革创新的问题。这是民政工作在新的起点适应新要求、加快新发展、提升新水平的重大命题,也是民政部在全面推进民政事业科学发展新阶段的重大决策。贯彻落实改革创新的决策部署,关键是要改善思维方式和工作方法,把改革创新理念转化为具体实践,内化为职业素质,细化为实际工作,实化为政策措施。
