熔化咀电渣焊是电渣焊接工艺中最新的一种方法,其工艺及设备既简单又易掌握,不仅可焊等断面,而且可焊变断面的工件。我厂在焊接大型柴油机机架时,有许多厚度在50公厘的工件需要结接,焊缝长度一般都在1公尺左右,所以采用熔化咀电渣焊是最理想的一种方法。第一次焊接CT-3沸腾钢时,应用的熔化咀为20K钢板,焊丝为直径3公厘的CBO8A,焊剂为AH-348A,结果在焊缝中都是气孔。说明在焊接CT-3沸腾钢时,采用一般的焊接材料是不可能获释很紧密的焊接接头
