甲状腺癌共分4种类型,即乳头状癌、滤泡癌、髓样癌和未分化癌。临床上乳头状癌较为常见,约占甲状腺癌的50％～80％,常为单发预后较好;滤泡癌约占甲癌的10％～20％,常为单发,年龄较大,易经血行转移骨和肺,很少淋巴转移,预后较差;髓样癌占甲状腺癌6％～10％有散发性家族史;未分化癌生长迅速,生存期短,预后极差。近几年我院采用[3]I治疗甲状腺癌疗效颇佳,现举例介绍如下。
