近几年来,全国的经济发展较快,各个城市的建设日新月异,随着城市建设高速发展,城市规模不断扩大,城市道路交通量也随之迅猛增长,特别是近年来各种管线入地铺设,横穿道路时破坏水泥混凝土路面,使得水泥混凝土路面各种病害渐渐凸现,影响其路面使用性能,表现为路面行车舒适性差,噪音大和粉尘多,很多20世纪90年代初期修建的水泥混凝土路面提前进入大修期。因此,有必要采取有效的工程技术措施,达到既能改善旧水泥混凝土路面行车性能,又经济环保的目的。通过方案比较,选用行车舒适、噪音小、粉尘少的环保的沥青混凝土路面,以适用城市交通发展的要求。
