现场管理是企业管理的第一阵地,是企业管理水平的综合反映,也是实现企业管理目标的重要保证。企业的生产经营活动绝大部分是在现场,尤其是在车间、班组进行的。企业产品质量的提高、消耗的降低、效益的增长都要靠现场生产来实现。优化现场管理,推动生产力发展,已成为工业发达和经济发展国家的一条重要经验,也是当前我国强化企业管理的一项重要工作。
On-site management is the first position of enterprise management, a comprehensive reflection of the level of enterprise management, and an important guarantee for achieving corporate management objectives. Most of the production and business activities of enterprises are on site, especially in workshops and teams. The improvement of product quality, the reduction of consumption, and the growth of benefits must all rely on on-site production. Optimizing on-site management and promoting the development of productive forces has become an important experience for industrially developed and economically-developed countries, and it is also an important task for strengthening enterprise management in China.
