丰产1号丰产1号红薯由西北农学院育成。基部分枝多,蔓长1～1.4米,叶色深绿,叶片较大、肥厚、心脏形,叶脉浅红色,叶柄较长。薯块纺锤形,大小均匀,结薯集中,紫红皮、白肉,晒干率33～35%,出粉率18～21%,熟食香甜面沙。一般春薯单株产量2.5～5公斤,夏薯1.5～4公斤,苗期长势较慢,团裸后生长迅速,分枝多而快。抗病抗逆抗灾性强,适应区域广,高产稳产,经本所三年示范,春薯亩产6500～9000公斤,夏薯3500～6000公斤。秧蔓短粗,管理粗放。亩施有机圈肥2～3立方,磷肥75公斤,硫酸钾25公斤,尿素10公斤。起垅种植,春薯亩植2500株,夏薯3000株
