以往研制的切缨——挖掘分段收获机,由于切缨的质量不能达到收购标准,在收获后还需人工再切削,农民感到此机没有带来多大好处。而这种系统的挖掘机在单独使用又受到叶缨繁茂程度、杂草多少等条件的影响。因此,过去几年分段收获机在我省甜菜生产没有广泛地使用。据调查,农民需要一种能够带缨挖掘的机器,而且被挖掘出的甜菜最好能保持原来位置并由土壤复盖,避免水分蒸发而损失。长春市农机研究所根据吉林省甜菜生产的传统工艺、农民要求以及甜菜生产和衣机专业户的特点,经过两年的研究,试制成功原垄坐收获方式的‘丰收—2’型甜菜挖掘机。
In the past, the cut-threshing machine for excavation of segmented harvesters did not bring much benefit to the farmers because the quality of the cuttings could not meet the acquisition standard and was manually cut after harvesting. However, the excavator of this system is affected by the conditions such as the abundance of leaves and the amount of weeds used alone. Therefore, in the past few years, the sectional harvester has not been widely used in the production of beet in our province. According to the survey, peasants needed a machine capable of carrying a digging and the excavated beets were best kept in their original position covered by soil to prevent loss of water evaporation. According to the traditional process of sugar beet production in Jilin Province, peasants’ requirements and the characteristics of beet production and specialized households, Changchun Agricultural Machinery Research Institute made trial production of ’Feng-2’ sugar beet excavator of the original harvest-harvesting method after two years of research.
