崔冕字贡收,又名九至、素庵。明末清初巢县(今巢湖市)人,是一位在丹青、诗文方面多有成就的民俗学家。人品高洁,不忘明朝亡国遗恨,清庐州府龚芝麓司马曾推荐他应举博学鸿词科不就。善绘画,亦工诗文,画树木不着根,示意无土可依,与“八大山人”郑所南有同一用意。在《墨兰》一诗中表明自己心志:“我家洗砚池边水,个个花开淡墨痕。不要人夸颜色好,只留清气满乾坤。”
