对于民用航空维修企业来说,客机改货机项目是一项工程庞大、技术复杂、改装系统最多的大型改装工作,其改装过程涉及专业面广,各专业交叉,配合多,对各类资源保障要求高。如何科学调配人力、如何在改装周期内控制进度是改装成败的关键。本文介绍了成都基地首架波音757客改货飞机从研发到实施的成功经验,可供MRO企业组织研发和实施大型维修项目时借鉴。
For civil aviation maintenance enterprises, passenger aircraft to change cargo machine project is a huge project, complex technology, the largest conversion system modification work, the modification process involves a wide range of professional, cross-disciplinary, with more, for all types of resource protection requirements high. How to deploy manpower scientifically, how to control the progress within the modification cycle is the key to success or failure of conversion. This article introduces the successful experience of R & D and implementation of the first Boeing 757 passenger and cargo aircraft at Chengdu base, which can be used as a reference when MRO enterprise organizations develop and implement large-scale maintenance projects.
