本文收集鼻窦和鼻咽部疾患致眼部并发症33例,病因中最多见为鼻咽癌,其次为筛、额窦粘液囊肿和上颌窦癌,其中14例临床上鼻部症状少,而眼部表现突出,首诊眼科,极易误诊,值得注意。病因与眼部表现1.鼻咽癌24例,以麻痹性内斜视、上睑下垂和视神经萎缩首诊眼科者10例。并发眼部病征有(1)颅神经受损:外展神经最多,有18例,动眼神经6例,三叉神经第一支5例,视神经3例。其中眶尖综合征1例,Ⅲ、Ⅴ_1、Ⅵ颅神经同时受累3例,双侧外
