随着高职教育在教育领域中扮演着越来越重要的角色,社会各界对高职教育的教学质量也提出越来越高的要求,如何让毕业生能够满足企业的需求,如何为社会培养生产一线的高技能、应用型人才?为解决这些问题,高职教育必须创新教育思维,打破传统的教学模式,在人才培养过程中以真实的企业项目为导向,进行工作过程导向的教学改革。鉴于此,本文在借鉴德国基于工作过程的教学理念基础上,结合我国职业教育的实际情况,构建高职基于工作过程的教学模式,为高职教育改革提供一条新途径,同时也为高职培养应用型高技能人才提供可操作的教学方法。
With the higher vocational education playing an increasingly important role in the field of education, all walks of life have put forward higher and higher requirements on the teaching quality of higher vocational education. How to enable graduates to meet the needs of enterprises and how to cultivate them for the society? In order to solve these problems, the higher vocational education must innovate the thinking of education, break the traditional teaching mode, take the real enterprise project as the guide in the personnel training process, and carry on the work process oriented teaching reform. In view of this, based on the German teaching philosophy based on the work process and the actual situation of the vocational education in our country, this article constructs a teaching mode based on the work process in higher vocational colleges, which provides a new way for the reform of higher vocational education and at the same time, Applied high-skilled personnel to provide operational teaching methods.
