哈萨克斯坦总统纳扎尔巴耶夫在阿克陶接见曼吉斯套州州长时称,哈国第一座原子能发电站将建在曼吉斯套州。他对曼吉斯套州州长说:“经济的快速发展要求我们寻找新的电力来源。政府和国家原子能工业公司正在按照我的委托与俄罗斯专家一起筹备在你们州建设原子能发电站。按期完成这项工作是非常重要的,因为我们不能只依赖天然气。”
When President Nazarbayev met Governor of Agistri in Aktau, Kazakhstan said that the first atomic power station in Kazakhstan will be built in the state of Mangijitu. He told Governor of Mange Si Taizhou: “The rapid economic development requires us to find new sources of electricity. The government and the State Atomic Energy Industries Corporation are working with Russian experts on my commission to prepare for the construction of atomic power stations in your state. This work is very important because we can not rely on natural gas only. ”
