本实验采用Wistar雌性在大鼠28只,分实验组和对照组。实验组14只,采用9月龄大鼠,以0.4g/kg的怀牛膝粉拌食喂养至19月龄;对照组分9月龄,19月龄大鼠两组,各7只,以普食喂养。以上3组动物均在同一条件下进行生化指标的测定。结果表明牛膝可提高全血超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性(P<0.05),可降低血清过氧化脂质(LPO)的形成(P<0.05)。全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性无显著性变化(P>0.05)。提示牛膝具有延缓衰老之功效。
In this experiment, 28 female Wistar rats were used in the experiment and the control group. 14 rats in the experimental group were treated with 9-month-old rats and fed with Achyranthes bidentata powder at 0.4g/kg until 19 months of age. Control groups were 9 months old and rats of 19 months old were divided into 7 groups. Feeding with general food. The above three groups of animals were all tested for biochemical indicators under the same conditions. The results showed that Achyranthes bidentata could increase the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in whole blood (P<0.05) and reduce the formation of serum lipid peroxide (LPO) (P<0.05). There was no significant change in the activity of whole blood glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) (P>0.05). Tips Achyranthes have the effect of delaying aging.
