一、前言装载机工作机构的连杆上装有限位块,用以限制转斗油缸的极限工作位置。但是往往由于操作上的原因或外界意外负荷的作用,在摇臂碰靠挡块后还力图推动动臂运动,因而造成杆系的干涉。如果此时换向阀处于中位闭合状态,杆系的干涉将使液压回路产生极高的峰时冲击压力,这给系统会造成意想不到的损害。在转斗液压回路中设置一对先导式双作用过载安全阀,就可缓和并消除这样的冲击压力,提高机器工作的可靠性。
