中国A股市场已经走过了整整4年熊途。上证指数从2001年6月14日的2245点,滑落到2005年6月8日的998点,下跌了1247点,下降幅度55%,可以说不堪回首。在经历如此惨烈的调整之后,中国的证券市场来到了一个关键的十字路口:股权分置问题在有条不紊的解决,国外机构不断试水,价值中枢逐步构建,市场似乎正在浴火重生。
China A-share market has gone through a full 4 years bear way. The Shanghai Composite Index slipped from 1,245 points on June 14, 2001 to 998 points on June 8, 2005, down 1,247 points, a drop of 55%. After such a fierce adjustment, the stock market in China has come to a crucial crossroads: an equitable solution to the split-share structure, continuous testing of water by foreign institutions, the gradual establishment of a value center, and the emergence of a market that seems to be bouncing off.
