肾脏与肾上腺手术常采用十一肋间切口,手术野显露良好,但以往我们作十一肋间切口,切开肋间肌暴露胸膜将其向前下推开,此法有时不慎会损伤胸膜.自1979年以来,我院改进设计不损伤胸膜的十一肋间切口,此切口不易损伤胸膜,操作容易,有时,可最大限度的向上延长,显露肾上腺与肾脏都很满意,近十年来我们应用这种切口共进行476次肾上腺、肾血管和各种复杂的肾脏手术,除1例因二次手术粘连损伤胸膜以外,其余475例均无损伤胸膜。
