采用逐步提高NaCl浓度的方法,获得了耐1%NaCl的烟草(NicotianaristicaL.cvGansuYellow一flower)愈伤组织变异系(S_1)。与原始型愈伤组织(S_0)相比,在1%NaCl胁迫下,S_1的干重增量高于S_04.6倍,组织渗透势下降,而含水量提高;游离脯氨酸、蔗糖、还原糖含量及乙烯释放速率的增加S_0高于S_1,但腐胺的累积量相反。S_1对甘露醇(Manitol)渗透胁迫和Na_2SO_4盐胁迫也具有适应性,但对低温(0一1℃)敏感。ABA促进了S_0对盐胁迫的抗性,但对已耐盐的S_1无类似作用。
