目的 确认家族性热性惊厥是否与染色体6q 或8q 连锁。方法 对核心家系为主的50 个家族性热性惊厥家系的热休克蛋白( heat shock protein , H S P)70 编码区 Pst Ⅰ位点、 H S P701 5′非翻译区、 H S P702 3′非翻译区、微卫星 D8 S84 和 D8 S85 等5 个遗传标志的分型结果,用计算机群体与家系遗传分析系统 P P A P 进行单体型相对风险(genotypebased haplotype relative risk , G H R R) 和传递不平衡(transmissiondisequilibriu m test , T D T) 分析。结果 G H R R 显示标志 D8 S85 、 T D T 分析显示 D8 S84 与家族性热性惊厥有一定关联或存在连锁不平衡。结论 提示家族性热性惊厥可能与染色体8q 连锁。
Objective To confirm whether familial febrile seizures are linked to chromosome 6q or 8q. Methods Fifty familial febrile seizures in the nuclear pedigree were divided into the Pst Ⅰ site of heat shock protein (H S P) 70 coding region, the H S P701 5 ’untranslated region, H S P70 2 3 ’untranslated region, microsatellite D8 S84 and D8 S85 and other five genetic markers of typing results using computer population and pedigree genetic analysis system P P A P haplotype relative risk (genotype based haplotype relative risk, GHR R and transmission disequilibrium test (T D T) analysis. Results G H R R showed signs D8 S85, T D T analysis showed that D8 S84 and familial febrile seizures have a certain linkage or linkage disequilibrium. Conclusions suggest that familial febrile seizures may be linked to chromosome 8q.
