清晰的产权关系,合理的股权结构不仅是构建现代公司治理结构的前提,也是保障股东权利的基础。本文通过对徐州矿务集团有限公司(简称徐矿集团)所投资公司股权结构及存在的问题的分析,提出了管理建议。
Clear property rights and reasonable shareholding structure are not only the preconditions for building a modern corporate governance structure, but also the basis for safeguarding the rights of shareholders. This article puts forward the management suggestion through analyzing the ownership structure and existing problems of the invested companies of Xuzhou Mining Group Co., Ltd. (Xu Mining Group).
