肌腱损伤是手外科临床中常见的外伤.手部屈肌腱伤后功能恢复的关键在于早期修复和术后正确的早期功能锻炼.我院自1999年3月至今的12例患者,损伤水平均在屈肌腱Ⅱ区,亦称"无人区".采用双津下缝合法一期修复损伤肌腱,术后应用kleinert氏牵引石膏支具早期活动.随诊8例,取得良好效果.
