面对入世,面对中国经济结构的战略调整,国企和民企都面临着艰巨的“二次创业”的历史任务。 目前的国际经济格局表现为发达国家对核心产业的强势垄断,发展中国家大多只能从事劳动密集型最终消费晶生产。其中,美国在信息产业处于垄断地位,英国保持了对金融产业的控制,德国的资本晶产业最为发达,日本继续领导着高技术最终消费晶的新潮流。中国企业必须承认差距,在国际市场中找准自己的定位。以国内市场为主、积极开拓发展中国家市场,是中国企业现实的选择。
Facing the accession to the WTO and facing the strategic adjustment of China's economic structure, both state-owned enterprises and private enterprises are faced with the arduous historical task of “second pioneering”. The current international economic pattern shows the strong monopoly of developed countries on the core industries, which most developing countries can only engage in the production of labor-intensive final consumption crystals. Among them, the United States has a monopoly on the information industry, the United Kingdom has maintained its control over the financial industry, Germany has the most developed capital-intensive industries and Japan continues to lead the new trend of high-tech final consumption. Chinese enterprises must recognize the gap and identify their own position in the international market. Mainly to the domestic market, and actively explore the market in developing countries, is a realistic choice for Chinese enterprises.
