不久前,佛山某股份有限公司职工符某因劳动合同期满,要求单位兑现原来双方签订的劳动合同书的约定,发给“离场补贴”。双方协商不成,符某将用人单位告上佛山市劳动争议仲裁委员会仲裁庭,败诉后又向法院提出民事诉讼,引发了一场合同期满应否发放“离场补贴”的官司。事情的起因是:符某于1996年7月16日到佛山市某股份有限公司工作,并双方签订了劳动合同。合同期为五年。合同书中约定,合同期满用人单位发给“离场补贴”。合同期满后,双方又续签了劳动合同。最后一个合同期为:2002年7月17日起到2003年7月17日止。合同书中同样有合同期满发“离场补贴”的约定。2003年7月17
