[目的]了解清流县2008年托幼机构消毒卫生情况,为科学管理提供依据。[方法]通过现场采样,对全县47家托幼机构消毒监测结果进行分析。[结果]清流县2008年托幼机构消毒监测总合格率为74.31%;消毒液、餐(饮)具、空气、物体表面和手表面的检测合格率分别为91.8%、83.9%、62.3%、68.8%和73.9%;城区托幼机构合格率(80.4%)高于乡镇(69.6%);城区100人以上规模托幼机构合格率(90.0%)高于100人以下规模(75.9%)。[结论]清流县托幼机构消毒卫生质量总体不高,托幼机构要高度重视预防性消毒工作,儿童家长要教育好孩子养成良好卫生习惯,卫生监督管理部门应加强监督监测的力度。
[Objective] To understand the disinfection and sanitation of nurseries and kindergartens in Qingliu County in 2008, and provide the basis for scientific management. [Method] Through the field sampling, the disinfection monitoring results of 47 nurseries in the county were analyzed. [Results] The total qualification rate of disinfection monitoring in the nurseries and kindergartens in Qingliu County in 2008 was 74.31%. The pass rates of disinfectant, food, drink, air, surface and surface were 91.8%, 83.9% and 62.3% respectively. 68.8% and 73.9% respectively. The passing rate of urban nurseries and kindergartens was 80.4% higher than that of townships and townships (69.6%). The pass rate of 90.0% of nurseries and kindergartens with population of 100 or more in urban areas was higher than 75.9%. [Conclusion] The quality of disinfection and hygiene in nurseries and kindergartens in Qingliu County is generally not high. Nurseries and kindergartens should attach great importance to preventive disinfection. Children and parents should educate their children to develop good hygiene habits. Health supervision and administration departments should strengthen the supervision and monitoring.
