从电信改革的历程与电信接入价格类型划分的角度出发,本文详细论述电信业接入价格模型、Ramsey接入价格模型、有效成分定价规则与长期增量成本模型,总结对比了三者之间的区别、优势与缺陷。当前关于网络外部性的研究较多,网络间的接入价格成为影响社会总福利的因素之一,未来还应结合中国电信业的特殊性,进一步探索优化电信接入定价模型。
From the perspective of telecom reform and telecom access price types, this paper discusses in detail the telecom industry access pricing model, Ramsey access pricing model, pricing rules of active components and long-term incremental cost model, summarizes the comparison between the three Differences, strengths and weaknesses. At present, there are many researches on the network externalities, and the access price between networks has become one of the factors that affect the total social welfare. In the future, we should further explore and optimize the telecommunication access pricing model in light of the particularity of China’s telecommunications industry.
