对陆地棉×辣根棉后代主要性状的遗传变异及回交效应进行研究 ,结果表明 :该组合杂种利用陆地棉回交三次 ,育性恢复正常 ;可育后代性状遗传变异丰富。随着回交世代增加 ,产量及其构成因素不断得到改良 ,单铃重的增加是主要的 ,其次是单株结铃数和衣分提高。并从分离世代中获得部分绒长在 31 mm左右 ,比强在 2 5~ 2 7c N· tex- 1之间 ,以及被红铃虫为害的子害率在 5 %以下的材料。
The genetic variation and backcross effects of the main characters of upland cotton × horseradish hybrids were studied. The results showed that the hybrids were backcrossed three times with upland cotton and the fertility returned to normal. The genetic variation of fertile offspring was rich. With the increase of backcross generation, the yield and its components were continuously improved. The increase of single boll weight was the main one, followed by the increase of number of bolls per plant and lint percentage. And from the isolated generation, some velvet length of about 31 mm, the specific strength of 25 ~ 27cN · tex-1, and the damage caused by the red bollworm child damage rate of less than 5% of the material.
