采用正交试验法和单因素试验法探讨了碱性环境中纸浆纤维与己内酰胺在过硫酸钾-亚硫酸氢钠引发体系中进行接枝共聚改性反应的主要工艺参数。研究结果表明:当单体与浆的质量比为0.5,过硫酸钾的用量为8%(对绝干纸浆),过硫酸钾和亚硫酸氢钠的质量比为5:4,浆浓为5.0%,反应时间为2h,反应温度为60℃时,单体接枝率可达到23%以上。接枝后纸浆纤维的成纸物理强度性能得以提高,但成纸的白度值出现了小幅下降。
The main process parameters of graft copolymerization of pulp fiber and caprolactam in potassium persulfate - sodium bisulfite initiator system were investigated by orthogonal test and single factor test. The results show that when the mass ratio of monomer to pulp is 0.5 and the amount of potassium persulfate is 8% (for absolutely dry pulp), the mass ratio of potassium persulfate to sodium bisulfite is 5: 4 and the consistency is 5.0 %, The reaction time is 2h, the reaction temperature is 60 ℃, the monomer grafting rate can reach more than 23%. After the grafting, the paper pulp physical strength properties were improved, but the paper whiteness values showed a slight decline.
