野战条件下急性肾损伤(AKI)病情较平时严重和复杂,迫切需要提高医疗综合救治水平,以及建立一支“平战结合、能打胜仗”的医护人员队伍。本文就构建野战内科学AKI诊治平台的实践及对策进行了探讨。
Acute kidney injury (AKI) under field conditions is more serious and complicated than usual. There is an urgent need to improve the level of comprehensive medical care and to establish a contingent of doctors and nurses who can “fight peacefully and wartime and win victories.” This article discusses the practice and countermeasures of constructing AKI diagnosis and treatment platform of field internal medicine.
