报道了 3种硒代 β-环糊精作为 Se GPX模拟物的活力 ,并初步探讨了含硒环糊精的结构与活力的关系 .利用 Fenton反应产生的羟基自由基与苯甲酸钠反应生成的具有荧光的羟基苯甲酸间接测定羟基自由基的含量 .结果表明 ,3种含硒环糊精对 HO·的生成均无明显的抑制作用 .
The activity of three kinds of seleno-β-cyclodextrin as Se GPX mimics was reported, and the relationship between the structure and activity of selenium-containing cyclodextrin was discussed preliminarily.The hydroxyl radicals generated by Fenton reaction were reacted with sodium benzoate to produce Fluorescent hydroxybenzoic acid was used to determine the content of hydroxyl radicals indirectly.The results showed that all three kinds of selenium-containing cyclodextrins had no obvious inhibitory effect on HO · generation.
