新型农民科技培训主要针对务农农民开展农业生产技能及相关知识培训,旨在提高农民的务农技能,促进农业生产发展,增加农民收入。培训以村为基本单位,按照“围绕主导产业、培训专业农民、进村办班指导、发展一村一品”的要求组织实施。根据培训精神和实施要求,广东省从化市农业科技推广中心在2007、2008年培训工作中,实施新型农民培训六步走,培训效果显著。
The new type of farmer science and technology training mainly aims at training peasants in farming to carry out agricultural production skills and related knowledge training, with the aim of improving their peasant farming skills, promoting the development of agricultural production and increasing the peasants’ income. The training takes the village as the basic unit and organizes the implementation in accordance with the requirements of “guiding the development of one village one product” based on the principle of “leading industries, training of specialized farmers, and village-level training.” According to the training spirit and implementation requirements, the agricultural technology promotion center of Conghua City, Guangdong Province, carried out six-step training of new-type peasants in the training work in 2007 and 2008, and the training effect was remarkable.
