本文对48例不同类型的室性心律失常患者进行了电程序刺激试验,结果表明:(1)临床上有自发单形持续性室性心动过速的患者阳性率为81.8%(9/11),显著高于其它患者(4.3%,2/37)。其特异性为82%,其中非梗塞病人的特异性为100%。(2)电程序刺激的部位与方式是影响单形持续性室性心动过速诱发率的重要因素,增加刺激部位和期前刺激数目可提高诱发试验的阳性率。(3)本文初步揭示了异搏定反应性室性心动过速的临床与电生理特征。
In this paper, 48 patients with different types of ventricular arrhythmias were subjected to electrical stimulation test. The results showed that: (1) The positive rate of patients with spontaneous monomorphic sustained ventricular tachycardia was 81.8% (9/11) , Significantly higher than other patients (4.3%, 2/37). Its specificity was 82%, of which non-infarcted patients was 100% specific. (2) The location and mode of electrical stimulation is an important factor that affects the induction rate of sustained monomorphic tachycardia. Increasing the stimulation site and the number of pre-stimulation can increase the positive rate of induction test. (3) The clinical and electrophysiological characteristics of verapamil-induced ventricular tachycardia were initially revealed.
