本刊讯9月2日,2014年亚太经合组织(APEC)第十一届能源部长会议在北京召开。中共中央政治局常委、国务院副总理张高丽会见出席会议的21个成员经济体代表团团长和有关国际组织官员,并在开幕式上致辞。此次会议各经济体一致通过了《北京宣言》,达成了多项共识。一是各经济体承诺将继续强化APEC成员国领导人签署的ESI协议(能源安全倡议),共同致力于构建亚太能源安全新体系;二是会议重申了未来亚太地区液化天然气的重要性,呼吁各成员经济体有必要
Xinhua News September 2, 2014 APEC 11th Energy Ministers Meeting was held in Beijing. Zhang Gaoli, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and vice premier of the State Council, met with the heads of 21 member economies and officials of relevant international organizations attending the meeting and addressed the opening ceremony. All the economies in this meeting unanimously adopted the Beijing Declaration and reached many consensuses. First, the economies promised to continue to strengthen the ESI agreement (Energy Security Initiative) signed by leaders of APEC member countries to work together to build a new energy security system in the Asia Pacific. Second, the meeting reiterated the importance of LNG in the future in the Asia-Pacific region and urged all Member economies are necessary
