W4-60型挖掘机在使用过程中经常出现离合器烧蚀现象。与过去生产的W4-60挖掘机相比,离合器的使用寿命缩短了很多。我们认为其主要原因是: W4-60型挖掘机离合器中压盘的厚度比以前生产的该机型压盘的厚度增加了5mm,而其联动分离机构却没有相应地改变。这样就缩短了离合器自由行程的调整范围,原来的离合器调整数据已不能适应,在使用过程中,如果仍按原调整方法进行调整,势必会造成分离杠杆与分离轴承的间隙过小甚至为零,即踏板无自由行程,从而导致离合器不能完全结
