目的评价医院多部门协同管理对医院病区环境卫生质量的促进作用,进一步加强病区环境清洁卫生管理。方法通过回顾性分析,对某县级医院病区清洁卫生质量进行监测与评价。结果通过医院各行政管理部门协同管理措施,该医院病区环境卫生质量合格率由强化管理前的82.05%,提高到为93.3%。经调查证明,住院病人和医护人员对病区环境清洁度的满意度都明显提高。结论基层医院病区环境清洁工作必须得到管理部门的重视和强化管理,落实制度,可以使医院环境卫生质量得到保证。
Objective To evaluate the synergistic effect of hospital multisectoral collaborative management on environmental quality of ward in hospitals and to further improve the hygiene and sanitation management of ward environment. Methods Through the retrospective analysis, we monitored and evaluated the quality of sanitation and ward cleaning in a county hospital. Results Through the collaborative management measures of various administrative departments of the hospital, the passing rate of environmental quality of ward sanitation in the hospital was raised from 82.05% before the intensive management to 93.3%. After investigation, in-patient patients and medical staff are much more satisfied with the environmental cleanliness of ward. Conclusions The environmental clean-up in the ward of grass-roots hospital must receive the attention of the management department and strengthen the management and implementation of the system, which can ensure the quality of the hospital’s environmental health.
