利用 8 0 40A型胎儿监护仪对 43例过期妊娠孕产妇的胎儿心率进行监测 ,并与 5 4例孕 37 40周且无其它监护指征的正常孕产妇的胎儿心率监测结果对照 ,以探讨过期妊娠对胎儿胎盘循环的影响。结果发现 ,过期妊娠组变异性减速、晚期减速、基线变异性消失与正常组比较有显著性差异。提示过期妊娠可导致脐带受压、胎盘功能减退、胎儿易发生缺氧性酸毒。
Fetal heart rate of 43 pregnant women with obsolete pregnancy was monitored using a Model 8040A fetal monitor and compared with fetal heart rate monitoring of 44 pregnant women with 37 40 weeks of gestation and no other indications of care Effect of pregnancy on fetal placental circulation. The results showed that the group of overdrive pregnancy variability decelerated, late deceleration, disappearance of baseline variability compared with the normal group there was a significant difference. Tip expired pregnancy can lead to pressure on the umbilical cord, placental function decline, the fetus prone to hypoxic acidosis.
