Suihua Archives Bureau on August 31 in Beilin District convened the city’s clerical reform forum and archives business guidance seminar. A total of 25 people, including the deputy director of department in charge of archives in each county (city) district, director of guidance department and authors of papers, attended the meeting. In the morning, Liu Xijian, deputy director of Beilin District Archives Bureau, introduced and implemented the practices and experiences of the State Archives Bureau on “the rules for the filing of archived documents,” and comrades visited the documents and achievements of the archives of Beilin District.
