肾性糖尿是近端肾小管葡萄糖转输缺陷的一种遗传性疾病,表现在血葡萄糖正常的情况下出现葡萄糖尿。本文在国内首次研究了肾性糖尿一个家系的HAL基因座之间是否存在遗传连锁,结果提示该家系无明显的连锁关系,与白人患此病者不同。
Renal urinary diabetes is a genetic disorder of proximal tubular glucose transport defects, manifested in the presence of glucoseuria in the presence of blood glucose. In this paper, we firstly studied whether there was a genetic linkage between HAL loci in a family of renin-dependent glycosuria patients in our country. The results suggest that there is no obvious linkage between the two families, which is different from that in whites.
