女职工作为职工队伍的重要组成部分,毫无疑问已成为社会改革与发展的中坚力量。而我国加入世贸组织,中国各项事业的发展,既为女职工施展才华、展示风采提供了更为宽阔的舞台和发展的空间,同时,也给女职工的学习、就业与进步等方面带来了空前的挑战。由于受经济、社会和历史诸多因素的制约和影响,女工在政治、劳动、教育、婚姻家庭权益特别女工组织建设方面存在着诸多问题,使女职工面对未来的激烈竞争将产生许多的不适应,这些问题在新建企业中尤为突出。
