目的观察2%碳酸氢钠、制霉菌素联合合生元益生菌冲剂治疗婴幼儿雪口病的临床疗效和和复发情况。方法70例雪口病患儿随机分为两组,对照组仅给予2%碳酸氢钠漱口和制霉菌素,试验组在此基础上口服合生元益生菌冲剂。结果试验组有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 2%碳酸氢钠、制霉菌素配合合生元益生菌冲剂治疗婴幼儿雪口病效果显著。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and recurrence of 2% sodium bicarbonate and nystatin combined with synbiotics probiotics in the treatment of infantile ostomy. Methods Seventy patients with oral ulcer were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received only 2% sodium bicarbonate mouthwash and nystatin. On the basis of this study, the experimental group was given oral probiotic probiotics granules. Results The effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05), and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion 2% sodium bicarbonate, nystatin combined with synbiotics probiotics granules for the treatment of infants and young children with snow mouth disease effect is significant.
