Conventional irrigation methods are inefficient and cause serious loss of water resources. The fertilizer that leaks with water causes great pressure on the surface or groundwater quality. As a way of bottom irrigation, tidal irrigation not only can significantly improve irrigation efficiency, but also can effectively prevent leakage of fertilizer. It is a highly efficient, environmentally friendly and energy-saving irrigation technology that is widely used and mature in the developed countries in Europe and America . At present, the technology is still in the stage of introduction, digestion and absorption in our country, mostly in equipment modification and system debugging. It has a good understanding of the characteristics of tidal irrigation and its impact on plant growth
